What are you going to do?
As a Operations Executive, you oversee the entire logistics process, from transport planning to storage. You keep track of all operations, step in when issues arise, and work closely with customers, transport partners, and colleagues. You are also looking for opportunities to make our logistics chain even more innovative and efficient. Your main tasks include:
- Coordinating transport and storage: ensuring smooth execution and addressing delays or bottlenecks.
- Managing stakeholders: maintaining contact with customers, transport companies, and internal teams to optimize processes.
- Analyzing market opportunities: identifying trends and potential improvements in the logistics sector.
- Optimizing costs: helping to reduce transport, storage, and operational expenses.
- Improving processes: developing innovative solutions to enhance logistics and supply chain operations efficiency.

Who are you?
You are a creative and curious problem-solver who thrives on new challenges. You have a strong sense of structure, can adapt quickly, and enjoy optimizing processes. Connecting and inspiring colleagues, clients, and partners comes naturally to you. Beyond numbers, you also have a keen eye for sustainability and ethics. In addition, you have:
- A degree in logistics or relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Experience in logistics, transport, and related documentation.
- Proficiency in Excel, and preferably with knowledge of our ERP system: Microsoft Office Business Central.
- Knowledge of trade processes, supply chain, logistics, and sustainability is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (an additional language is an advantage).
